To troubleshoot some issues on Teams you may find it useful to check for updates as this may help resolve your issue.
- To check for updates, access the Teams application (don’t access via the browser version of Teams)
- Click on settings (the 3 dots next to your profile pic) and then Check for updates
- You should then see the following message – ‘We will check and install any updates while you continue to work
- This should take under a minute and you will then be asked to refresh via the link provided
- Following this please check to see if this has resolved your issue. If it has not please contact the IT ServiceDesk.
