- Turn editing on.
- Go to the section you want to add the link, and click Add an activity or resource.
- Select URL (URL stands for Universal Resource Locater, aka Web address)
- Enter a name for the link, and a description if you wish.
- Enter the link.
- Ignore all the other settings and press Save and return to course.
