Most lecturers will mark work submitted via Turnitin using the Turnitin Grademark tool.

The post date tells you when the grade and feedback will be released. It should be within 15 working days (for standard assignments) and 20 working days for (dissertations) of the due date.

You should always take the time to read your feedback as well as your grade. This will help you to improve on future assignments.

Where can I find my grade? (text guide)

2. The document viewer will open in a new tab or window. You may need to enable pop-ups: look at the advice for your browser: Google Chrome, FirefoxInternet Explorer, Safari, or do a

google search for your browser and version.

3. There are a variety of ways that feedback may be provided. Your lecturer may not necessarily use all the methods shown below.

    • Your submission appears in the centre of the screen.
    • Your grade will be visible on the top right hand side.
    • Click on the blue icon on the left side of the page to see the feedback layer and your lecturer’s general comment.
    • Click on any blue bubbles on the paper to read detailed comments.
    • If audio feedback has been given, you will see a play button. Click on it to hear your feedback.
    • If your lecturer has used a rubric, you can view the choices they made to calculate your grade.

Where can I access my feedback? (video guide)

This 42-second guide shows you everything you need to find your feedback in Turnitin. The first bit shows an older version of Moodle but the process is still the same.

It is after the post date but I still can't see a grade or feedback.

This is because your tutor has not marked it yet. Please contact them and ask when you can expect to get your grade and feedback.
