If you have lost or forgotten your Roehampton network account password or your username, and as a consequence you are unable to log in to Moodle, please contact the IT Helpdesk:
- Visit the Library & IT Enquiries desk on the ground floor of the University Library.
- Log a job using the IT Self Service link under My Tools in Student MyZone or Staff MyZone.
