If you have lost or forgotten your Roehampton network account password or your username, and you are unable to log in to Moodle, please contact (IT and Estates) ServiceDesk:
- Visit the ServiceDesk enquiries on the ground floor of the Library.
- Log a ticket via the Student Portal or the Staff Portal.

You can also register to reset your password online as a self-serivce. However you will need to have signed up first for Roehampton password self-service before you can change or reset your password.
External examiners and some external staff members may need to contact Moodle support directly.
